Where is the default folder under XP was: "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\MicroFour\ConnectionData" for the appKeys and Connection info. Where is this being stores on a typical windows vista machine by default?

Yup, that is the right place.  Vista moved it around on us...so you will find the ApplicationData stuff in the c:\ProgramData folder.
