I mean, the links I sent you seem to cover the usual problems that may cause the StrataFrame menu not to appear. Have you re-installed something? Do you get error messages? The more you can tell us, the better we can try to help.

Group: StrataFrame MVPs Posts: 1.9K, Visits: 21K	As described in one of the posts I sent you, can you find the "MicroFour StrataFrame AddIns.dll" file? Another thing that might help is to try re-installing StrataFrame and then you could post here the logfile, which you can find at "C:\Program Files\Common Files\MicroFour\StrataFrame e terá o nome de StrataFrame_ResultX.log" That could give us a clue of what might be happening. I hope

Group: Forum Members Posts: 25, Visits: 87	I uninstall and install, and only .txt StrataFrame_results, StrataFrame_results1, StrataFrame_results2, StrataFrameSample_results, StrataFrameSample_results1 and StrataFrameSample_results2 in C:\Arquivos de programas\Arquivos comuns\MicroFour\StrataFrame. I found MicroFour StrataFrame AddIns.dll !
