Installing the strataframe, I received the error bellow, (winxp sp3 - Vs2005).
Some idea?

Sorry, I cannot see the error.  Please attach the error as an attachment versus inserting it so it is not resized.  Also, be sure that you are running as an Administrator and have Visual Studio 2005 or 2008 installed with an development language (it is possible to install VS IDE alone without a development language).  Those are the most common errors.

Sorry:

the windows installer cannot update the system file c:\windows\system32\msxml6r.dll because the file is protected by windows. you need to update your operating system for this program to work correctly.

And
I do not see in the VS2005 template Strataframe Windows Application, only Strataframe WEB Application.

OK, first of all, it appears that you do not have full administrator permissions.  This file should be allowed to be updated if a newer version is being installed.  Secondly, if you did not get through this portion of the install correctly then it would be conceivable that all of the SF templates were not installed.  Please run the install with administrator permissions.

I'm getting the same error (and I am admin on my machine XPsp3 VS2005). But Install go on, and properly end. SF run without any problem..

I suspect MS SP3, since it's the first time I get an error during upsizing SF

Michel, I suspect that you are correct on this.  Since the SP3 has a newer version of this assembly it is not allowing the overwrite (which is good) and so this should not impact you once you get through the install.  We will take this into consideration on the update.  Thanks for the information.
