| | We have an associate that installed a version of your latest software. It is a Windows 2000 machine, but we can't launch the Business Mapper. Nothing appears on the screen. Any idea what we can check? |

| | Did more testing. The results show that we created another solution and the Business Mapper opened up. The solution that is giving us the problem apparently has something in it that is preventing the Business Mapper from opening. Any clues? |
