I created a messaging project and have the two xml files that I use but when I open the Messaging Editor my project isnt there. Is there any way to re-create the project from those XML files?

Where are the messaging projects stored? The StrataFrame databases in SQL Server?

Thanks

Unfortunately you cannot re-create a project from the XML files.  All of the messaging data is stored in the StrataFrame database within SQL Server.  Do you have your database connection pointing to the wrong server?  I have seen this happen before when developers are using more than one server.

Thanks. I was able to extract the text from the XML file and was able to re-create the Messaging project. Thanks.

Good to hear.  We backup our StrataFrame database every night just in case something like this happens.  This would be a much more difficult task at the end of a project when there are a lot more keys to be re-created.
