I have VS 5 and CS 2010 installed. After SF installation, only VS 5 had the SF menu. How do I configure VS 2010?

Also, you can try reinstalling SF and making sure VS 2005 and VS 2010 checkboxes are marked when you are asked to choose.

SF 1.707 is the first version, I think, to support VS 2010 so check that you are installing that version.

I think it might be the 1.707 version thing. I am now uninstalling and the going to install that version. When I tried to reinstall the current version, it does not give me 2010 as an option.
