We may end up changing the windows to sizable, but we have a strong opionion of alwasys reproducing an issue.  There is no such thing as a "Mystery" and I would like to try to determine what is different between my configuration and yours.  Do you mind taking a scren shot of your windows Settings and video card information and emailing it to me.  I will stay on top of this until we can determine what is happening.
