Will the framework automagically save multiple rows in the child business object when I do a save or do I have to iterate through and issue a save on each row? Just don't want to write more code than I need to

SF will Save every row in the Business Object that is marked for such, just issue a BO.Save(). Also, if you do it on your Child BO, the parent will automatically be saved beforehands, so integrity will be kept.
