It could be that you are not running it "As Administrator"

The user is Administrator...Any other reason why this may happen?

Similar error:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MicroFour\StoredProcedure' is denied
is also being given when trying to save/close stored procedure.
Please reply asap as this is stopping all my development.
Thanks,
Melvin

Hi Melvin,
What version of StrataFrame are you using?
What version of Windows are you using?
Are you using Windows in English or some other language?
I have 1.7.3.5 using DDT almost everyday and have not seen that error you are getting, so it must be something in your environment.

Your user could be Administrator, but as Ivan told you, you have to run Strataframe "As Administrator" meaning right click and "run as administrator". Maybe that's the issue.

"Run as Administrator" solved the problem.
Thanks
