Is there a way that I can select a font for the form and have it filter down to all the controls that I drop on the form? That way I dont have to change it for everything.

I believe the default font for a form is automatically used by the controls that are part of the form.  However, if you're using th DevExpress controls, I'm not positive on that.  There are StyleController and DefaultLookAndFeel objects that should be able to accomplish what you're looking for with the DevExpress stuff.
