Question. Does StrataFrame have an un-install utility or shall I un-install from XP-Control Panel? Also, do I need to deactivate first?

Hi Robert.

Just trying to help you now, but surely the SF guys will jump in.

To uninstall, go to Control Panel. No need to deactivate first. After uninstalled, just run StrataFrame.exe and you should be fine.

Just uninstall from the Add/Remove programs in the control panel.  As for the activation, you do need to do anything.  If you are upgrading from a version older than 1.5 you will have to re-activate because the license file has changed.  But if you are already on 1.5 then you will not have to re-activate....just install and go for it
