If you don't care about being able to run the sample, then don't worry about deleting your connection info.  As for not having the folder, it's a hidden folder... you'll either have to show hidden files and folders or manually type the path into the address bar of Windows Explorer.

It is a hidden folder.  If you type it in or show hidden folders it will appear.  It is there....I promise
