I have downloaded a trial version of Strataframe and I was trying to go thru the tutorial with visual studio.  I do have a version of visual studio 2005 installed but under new projects the only choices are business intelligence projects and other project types.  Does anybody know how I can download the correct version of visual studio? Do I have to buy it?

It sounds like you have the version of VS that is used with SQL server for business inteligence projects. You can download a 90 day trial version of Visual Studio 2005 Pro at

Larry is exactly right.  You have to have VB.NET and/or C# installed.  This would explain your template issue on the other post.  After you download a full version of Visual Studio you will want to reinstall SF.
