How to subclass some custom menu options

This will probably be more of a .NET How To question than SF, but I will throw it here...

I have some a Menu Item group with 2 items that I would like to use in several ToolStrips (See picture atached: "Show Map" menu item).

I know I can manually add these options to every ToolStrip I would use, but is there an easy way to handle this kind of design?

I don't know if this is something that can be added as a class.  Please keep in mind that I am new to .NET/SF.
