We will make sure that you get taken care of when we release videos.  It is our desire to provide a replete set of training videos so that it allows SF developers to get off of the ground more quickly.  These will be produced by the SF developers themselves.

Just like to support the comment re StrataTrain - IMHO a waste of space. I made a more detail negative comment some time ago.

Six months ago when I bought the Stratatrain videos I was looking forward to their completing what was obviously a work in progress.  It is a one year subscription.  Unfortunately since then there has been no update at all, so at this point I wouldn't advise anyone to spend their money there until they show more commitment to finishing the project ( Note that Stratatrain is *not* a MicroFour product )

That said, if Stratatrain were to flesh out the topics appeaing in the outline on their website with the same quality of material as that in the topics completed, it would definitely be worth the money as a supplement to the helpfiles and tutorials that currentlly exist here.

But Stratatrain had better hurry, as I think next year MicroFour may be offering other training options that would pretty much make Stratatrain unnecessary.

Any additional charge for exiting StrataTrain subscriber?

You may want to wait.  StrataTrain is in the process of being revamped and we are going to provide a complete solution of videos in 2008.  We will make sure that everyone is aware once the new videos are available.

sorry for being off topic but I couldn't find a miscellaneous forum to post this question to - I'm considering purchasing the training video from the stratatrain site but I wanted to be sure that its not just a rehash of the tutorials section from the helpfiles.  What topics are covered in the video?  Has anyone purchased the video, if yes what were your thoughts on it?  Thanks for the feedback!
