Can Securuity Editor work without using SQL Server

         I want to know whether we can use Security Editor if we are using ORACLE.

The Role-Based Security module is not designed to work with Oracle; it is designed to work with SQL Server 2005.  The few people that use Oracle as their main data store that use the RBS module install a SQL Server 2005 instance (usually just 2005 Express) somewhere and store the RBS data separately from the rest of the data.
