I guess I am confused as to the problem that you are having.  Master and content pages can most definitely be used and really has nothing to do with SF but rather the structure and design of ASP.NET.  We never create a site that we don't use master/content pages.  You might elaborate on your problem.

I was using Master/Content pages in my web applications before I started to use Strataframe AF. Is it possible to use this feature with StrataFrame AF? I cannot found any SF Content Form or SF Master page in my "Add New Item" dialog when trying to add new page to my project. Is there any workaround?

Thanks a lot...
