Unable to add 'AspireSF.application' to the Web site.  The file 'AspireSF.application' already exists in this Web site.  1 1 Aspire.SF

When I actually look at the folder that VS2008 sticks out there, it is full...nothing missing.  All users are updating properly.

Why am I getting this error?
