I thought all was well with the update because yesterday I edited and built the application several times and even had two updates to deploy.  Today, while trying to set a BO on a combobox control (DevEx), I encountered the error below.  My gut tells me that this has something to do with my inability to open the solutions preferences window.  Perhaps a field was not updated in the SF database.  I will reinstall the framework and select the update database option.  I'll report back here shortly.
