Assumptions are:

You have a SQL DB with a single table called "tblCustomer" with 2 fields "CustomerNo" and "CustomerName".

After reading the title and the body text again, the only thing that I can gather from this post is that you are wanting a single BO that is dropped on the UI but on the back end it may be pulling from Oracle or SQL.  If this is your question, then yes, you will want to interface with a single BO at the UI level.
