Add support for the following:

• Between
• Not Equals (!=)
• Negation (NOT) for:
• Like
• In
• BeginsWith
• EndsWith
• Contains
• Is Null
• Is Not Null

Of course, these additions will need to be supported in the various XxxxDataSourceItem classes.
