The USB NIC is plugged in and functioning properly. However, Strataframe will not let me into the BO mapper because it says that it is not activated. HELP! How do I get back to work?

     Never mind. I just re-activated it and now it is working. I wonder...

             The only thing that I could think is that the NIC was not registered...
