Hi Trent. Still not out of the woods

When I go into Vis Studio, it gives message re updating toolbox and than says Product is Not Activated....Activate Now. I select Activate Now , it selects my Network card...does a few things and then comes back saying there are no Purchased Items that can currently be activated.

When I log into MyAccount, it indcates thet the Product is Activated...lokks like a Catch 22

If you could do soemthing at your end I'd appreciate it

I know its been a while since the Summer Course but am only now getting back into it

The only way that you will be automatically deactivated is if the network adapter that to which you activated on becomes disabled or can no longer be seen within the available network adapters on the machine.  You have several options here:

  1. Login to the My Account area of the SF web site and manually deactivate the licenses then you can re-activate.
  2. Re-enable the missing network adapter and then you can re-activate on that same adapter again

Let me know if you do not get this going and I will manually deactivate your license on this side.

I just downlaoded latest version of Startaframe and I have become deactivated.

Is there a way of automatically activating. I have tried logging in to Myaccount and also gone into Visual Studio but both methods will nor activate me ??
