Technically you could if you handle the Searching event and tweak the WHERE collection contents. I have not actually tried this scenario, but I know that it is possible with a little elbow grease. Since the fields would be empty from entry, you are going to have to query on this manually if a field is left blank by manipulating the WHERE collection. But I am pretty confident you can make this happen. If you don't make any progress let me know and I will try to reproduce a scenario.
