As you may have noticed, we have some new titles for a few of our members on the StrataFrame forum. As the StrataFrame community has continued to grow and to better serve our users in both sales and services, we needed some extra help. Many of you are already very well accustomed to receiving support from these users as they too are StrataFrame users and have contributed heavily to the forum over the years.



With that in mind, we knew that they would be perfect candidates to join the StrataFrame team in a support role to make sure that the growing demands and needs of the forum and support requests were met. Greg McGuffey and Ivan Borges are now onboard the StrataFrame Team as Strategic Support analysts.



This doesn't mean that you won't see the StrataFrame Developers out here on the forum as well. We truly appreciate all of your support and patronage and are excited about this new chapter in StrataFrame!
