I'm having trouble with DevExpress Wrapper controls property grid dropdowns BindingField and BindingProperty not showing up.  I'm using VS2010 with the SF 1.7.0.7 beta and DevExpress 10.1.4.  I've rebuilt the StrataFrame Inherited UI, my Business Objects and my projects.  If I use the standard StrataFrame controls, the dropdowns are available and working.  If I use the DevEx Inherited controls, the property grid dropdowns are not available.  Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Hi Chris.

You get no errors?

Have you checked the references?

Have you tried removing the "MicroFour StrataFrame Inherited UI.dll" from the GAC and copying it back again by hand from the source code folder?

Also, haven't you got some older versions of this DLL elsewhere?

Thanks for the quick reply!

No, I don't get any errors.  Best I can tell, all references are correct.  Removing from GAC and adding back in didn't do it.  No other versions of the dll exist.  Even tried uninstalling and reinstalling StrataFrame and DevExpress.

I have a hard time trying to figure that out, since I don't have DevExpress. Maybe someone else will chime in and give us a hand. In dispite of that, I will still try to get some ideas for you.

Keep tuned... Smile

Yea, it's pretty strange that the BusinessObject property dropdown works fine but not the BindingField or BindingProperty.  I appreciate your help though.

I just tried it and got the same result. If you type in the correct property it binds ok but the dropdown definitely is not there.

This one should probably be reported to Trent and Company.
