Hi Chan.

Anything else you could tell us? Have you checked your package location? Everything alright with the database connection?

Hi

The package location is good. Database connection fine correct as it able to show me all my database structure.

It was working few days ago and just not working 2 days ago. FYI, it happen when it try to create meta data (before deploy data)

Anyway for SF to have better logging? How should I troubleshoot this?

Have you checked your Data Deployment packages to see if they are all configured correctly and can authenticate thre server from which thre records are to be pulled?

Hi Chan.

Really difficult to say something by guessing from here. If your backup is running well, has the StrataFrame database suffered any changes? Again, have you checked your Data Deployment Package?

Agreed!!
I suggest SF team to add some logging there for debugging purpose. Actually this is not the first time I hit this kind of "generic" error in DDT.

Sorry Chan, but I am not sure what you agreed with. Again, have you checked your Data Deployment Packages?

By the way, the log files are all there at C:\Program Files\Common Files\MicroFour\StrataFrame.
