I have a client that wants the SQL database setup with Tables on the Primary File Group (i.e. database.mdf) and all Indexes on a separate File Group (i.e. database.ndf) and the Log file on a separate drive (i.e. database.ldf).  Xcase created the correct structure but when I imported the database into the DDT and deployed the Security Tables, it moved all the indexes back to the Primary File Group.
