Ability to mute message sounds

I would like the ability to programmatically mute andun-mute all message sounds in an application using a single method call. Softphones (Voice Over IP phone running on a PC) use the pc’s audio system. Anysounds from the PC are heard by all members of a call. For an applicationrunning in a call center environment that uses soft phones it would be helpful to have the ability tomute the message sounds while the application user was on the phone with acustomer and un-mute the sounds when not on a call.

At this point this is probably something for version 2.0. Any updates on 2.0?

That is a very valid enhancement request, Larry.  Several of our sounds for messaging in particular can be rather grating.  We also use a VOIP system with some softphones as well.  

As for V2: It's coming along nicely.  We've switched over to working on it full-time, and we're re-writing our CRM system using it as a sort of internal alpha test.  We'll keep you posted.
