Hi there,

in my app I read data from different data-sources (dvd-data, web-services) which contain special chars (like the german ä ö ü) which I have to convert but haven't manged it yet. I tried the encoding class, read the strings in byte-arrays and back to string but by now everything failed. Could someone point me to the right direction how to get this done.
