I have sent you couple of PM a while ago and have not received any respond from you guys.

Also, 2 days ago I sent a PM to another SF user in the forum and he confirmed not receiving any PM from me.

Could you please check if there are any issue with my forum account which is just queuing my PM but not sending them?
