Back in 2021 Edhy provided great assistance with installing Strataframe V1 with VS2017 and VS2019  in http://forum.strataframe.net/Topic33570-2.aspx
4 years on I need to do this again and unfortunately the link to download the installer that worked (see the end of the thread) no longer works.
Can anyone provide an updated link or instructions on what needs to be run to integrate v1 with VS2017 and VS2019.

I have installed VS2010 and Strataframe V1 from the original install files on the new computer. I restored the Strataframe database to the local SQL Server and Strataframe works with VS2010.
I now need to get Strataframe V1 working with VS2017 and VS2019.
