Whenever I go to print from either the Application Framework CHM or the RBS CHM it seems to shrink what I'm printing... I'm not sure why. I've tried two different printers and checked to make sure that no scaling options are on but its still doing it.
Any ideas?

I have not tried to actually print any of the documents within the CHM... I will need to try it and get back to you. If you are trying to print a specific document, you might try right-clicking the body of the document and selecting properties. There should be a URL listed in the properties that will start with "ms-help://" that you might be able to use and copy and use to open the document within Internet Explorer. It might do a better job of printing.

Thanks for the tip Ben. I was able to print out what I wanted normally within IE. I think my problem could be that I have IE 7 installed and on the print preview screen in IE it was defaulting to Shrink to fit. So I selected 100% and printed what I wanted normally.

Excellent. The CHM viewer uses whatever version of IE you have installed to view the content, however, many of the features are disabled, which, obviously, can cause problems.
