Now that I have converted my application from a WebSite to a Web Application Project I no longer am prompted with the templates that were once available when the project was a WebSite.  IOW, the option for adding a new SF Web Form is no longer available, I have to create them by hand (not a big deal but it would be nice to have that functionality back).

Is there anything I can do to get that template to appear once again?
