Well, I've been spending the past couple of days going through the tutorials and this is one of the best products I've come across. It just make sense the way things are done. I had recently been spending some time trying to learn WF. And to my surprise, I see there no frameworks within WF to develop distributed WF applications where one action can take place on one computer at certain location and the next action takes place on another computer in another location. After sometime asking MS team, they have basically told me this feature does not exist in the their WF technology and I need to use something like WCF to control the messaging and building a distributed system.

Then after reading about the announcement of the 3-tire version of SF, I started thinking, would the 3-tier version of SF solve the problem of building WF apps with SF multi-tier?

So I'm posing this questions to SF team to see if WF can work with SF framework and if we can build distributed WF applications?

We don't have any extended functionality for WWF or WCF.  Our enterprise server (the middle tier of the 3-tiered structure) translates the SQL Server calls into web service calls so that the clients are not communicating directly with the database server, but communicate through the enterprise server.  We don't have any functionality that allows you to build a distrubuted application through the WWF designer.
