I'm trying to install my Visual Studio in a VMware virtual machine so I can carry it with me.



I have installed VS, the DevExpress Controls Suite, and Strataframe.



When I then install CodeRush or RefactorPro, neither of them shows up as an installed add-in nor does its menu item appear in the menu bar.



What's wrong?
