I've been using the current SF release (1.6.5) in VS2005 and just installed VS2008.

I see these older instructions for manually adding SF to VS2008.

Is this the best way to go now, or is there a more current or automated method?

TIA,

Larry

No, just install the 1.6.5 build and it will load everything that you need for both VS2005 and VS2008.

Trent,

No, just install the 1.6.5 build and it will load everything that you need for both VS2005 and VS2008.

Since I've already installed SF once, the SF install routine offers "repair" and "uninstall" choices.  I tried the "repair" choice and it excludes VS2008.  Are you recommending I uninstall SF completely, then re-install?

Larry

That would be fine, just do a uninstall and reinstall.  It will leave your licensing intact.
