Adding SF to new VS2008 installation

I see these older instructions for manually adding SF to VS2008. http://forum.strataframe.net/Topic12892-22-1.aspx Is this the best way to go now, or is there a more current or automated method? Since I've already installed SF once, the SF install routine offers "repair" and "uninstall" choices. I tried the "repair" choice and it excludes VS2008. Are you recommending I uninstall SF completely, then re-install? Larry
