OK, then it should be C:\Documents and Settings\MyUser\Application Data\Microsoft\MSEnvShared\AddIns.

Just checking... the Application Data folder is usually a hidden file. Have you changed your Windows Explorer to show Hidden Files under Options?

I did that. I set the option "Show hidden files"

but no folder MSEnvShared in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\

just "Office" one. Is it normal ?
