The USB NIC is plugged in and functioning properly. However, Strataframe will not let me into the BO mapper because it says that it is not activated. HELP! How do I get back to work?

The only thing that I could think is that the NIC was not registered in the OS collection when enumerated. At any rate, glad you are going again
