Group: StrataFrame Users Posts: 119, Visits: 11K	I am trying to activate my account on my new Win 8.1 with a new Ethernet dongle. I get the error that is attached. I have no Proxy and I have turned my Anti-Virus software completely off??? TIA. I also, ran Visual studio 2013 as an admin. Any help would be appreciated.
