Hi all,

I have downloaded the trial version and accepted the defaults for all prompts.

Through SQL Enterpise manager I can view the populated tables in the StrataFrameSample database on the local server.

When trying to run the Sample CRM application I get the following error message.

SqlException
  Cannot generate SSPI context.

Andy,

SSPI stands for Security Support Provider Interface which indicates that the way in which you are authenticating or in which your server is setup for authentication is failing.  There is actually not a lot of "magic" that goes on when the connection string is created for connecting to your server.  In fact, you could create a simple .NET program and create a SQlConnection class object, manually provide the connection string, and call the .Open to determine where your problem is.  One thing to verify as well is to check to see if your named instance is wrong...many times people leave out the SQLEXPRESS on the back of the server name.

localhost\SQLEXPRESS
