in the what new section of the help it says (almost at the end of the section)"

Web Application Template missing the global.asax file974
The web application templates did not include the global.asax. This issue has been resolved.

Well, If I go to FIle,New, Project, C#, Strataframe and then StrataFrame Web Application Project and create it, there is no global.asax inb the project. I tried both c# and Visual Basic and both VS2008 and VS2005
