I've got the new hardware ready to go, I just need a new license file. The machine name will remain the same, only the MAC address will change. The new address is
FC:15:B4:1D:58:08

Nope, there are no issues moving to Windows Server 2012. And IIS 7 is just fine.

We are planning to move our Enterprise server to new hardware running Windows Server 2012. Are there any issues in moving from Windows 2008 to 2012? I know I will need to contact you for new license key as the MAC address will change.
