I've downloaded your license file, and it didn't have a problem installing it. However, you're file name listed above has underscores ("_") for spaces... the file name should be "MicroFour StrataFrame License.dll" not "MicroFour_StrataFrame_License.dll" It's an actually .NET assembly that must be placed in the GAC, and changing the filename changes the assembly name, and therefore the reference. Try renaming your file with spaces instead of the underscores and see if that works.

I downloaded the license file "MicroFour_StrataFrame_License.dll" from My Account | Downloads area.  However this file was not recognized during activation and therefore I could not complete the installation.
