FYI - in the source code, the file XMLBasics.vb generates 16 of the following warning messages:
Warning 1 'Public Function DecryptFile(FileName As String) As Integer' is obsolete: 'Writes the decrypted file back to the same location on disk... causes major file corruption problems.'
