The reason that I ask is because I am an independent consultant and I often have to work on my lap top at my client site. So I really need to have the framework instlled on both my laptop and my desktop even though it is only beoing used by one developer and obviously I am not on both machines at the same time (unless I am transfering files.

Thanks

You know, that's exactly what I do, too Smile  The further you get into your project development, the less you end up using the BOMapper; your database structures are generally the first thing created for the application and are pretty static once you get going.  So, you don't always need access to the SF design-time database.

It's been a while, I know, but we are going live this weekend. I went out and bought my USB NIC, installed on my lap top and it was painless Smile Thanks a million, you guys, for helping me to get everything up and running!
