I'm having problems activating my licenses after having the motherboard on my laptop replaced. I deactivated the licenses bound to my old MAC Address (after the board was replaced). I then activated the licenses on my new network adapter however I still get a message telling me the product is not activated when I go into the BO Mapper. I tried a number of times without success, even though it tells me the activation was successful. I checked my account and the activation looks okay.

How can I resolve this issue?
